Insert/Update forms do not work if included with Framework

Thanks Jason, I see what you are getting at now. However that brings up another issue. When I have a page with an included form that is set to only show if the table is empty (based on variables of course) submitting the form should then go back to that page but the data should be displayed and the form should be gone.

The data is being added to the table but the page does not reflect that you have to refresh the page for the data to show and the form to disappear. But by doing that it submits the form again so duplicate data is entered.

Any chance you guys could do up a documentation on this?
