Can you please tell me what browser you were using when you came across the issue?

and if possible the version of the Browser?

Thanks.

Hi Dan

If the question was also for my input then I tested with IE8 and Google Chrome 10.0.648.151

Having checked I can now open as expected such that I can go on to customize. However couple of issues:

1. on saving the new template the thumbnail created to display the new style does not reflect the changes.
2. When recalling the newly created template it does however open looking as intended but does open with errors:

Also it informs you that you appear to still be customizing a theme, however after cancelling and reopening I could no longer repeat this error message althouth the 'with errors' message still exists.
