I replied with you request straight away and give times to call allowing for EST & GMT as requested, you tried calling me 5 hours too early to what i stated, you said to my wife you would call back in half hour, 3 hours later you called and i was on the road, you said you would call back....you didn't.
I was using this product to get back into eCommerce from using a competitor product and paid for a this product which in comparison to others the support is very poor, if i had paying clients like some people on here do and are getting the grief that i read i am surprised you still have any customers.
I will not continue with it because of this so can i sell my license ?
