Adobe Extension Manager CS5

Should I take Adobe to heart when it says the requirement for EM CS5 is, " System Requirements - The Extension Manager CS5 requires Mac OS X 10.5-10.6.2 or Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3; Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Enterprise with Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2; Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate with 1GB of RAM, 1,024x768 display with 16-bit video card, and at least one of the following products..."?

I am willing to try upgrading to Ultimate (a possible $169 shot-in-the-dark) if I know it will work.
