Enquiry from as plug-in not working

Hi,

I'm trying to create an enquiry form as a plug-in for a web page. I've included CAPTCHA security in the form using Form Toolkit.

When I try to use the form as a plug-in on a page none the server validation on CAPTCHA is ignored and the page just redirects to the index page.

However, if you use the direct URL of the plug-in page the 'required field' validation works, but you can enter any value and the form is submitted and an email is sent. You can see that here: contact-form-plug-in.php

I've attached my files too. Help - I'm new to framework builder.
