dataAssist: wizard crashed computer

Hello

I am using Windows xp, dreamweaver cs5, (laptop not on network)
1st time use data assist wizard, got to 9 of 9 and when I click finish I have this message:

"Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or a translator. change will be discarded."

I have to force shutdown.

when I try again, I have this message at the click of finish:

"Please inset a recordset to use database search.."

I have to force shutdown again.

When I tried again, the computer just crashed and the windown restart by itself. after another 3 attempts i went to the forum and could not find any related article.

I am NEW in php and mysql (did not open the book yet). I am building this dataAssist wizard on an additional database I have add to my site. (connWA for users table (securityAssist and connWA1 for Items table for dataAssist)

I don't known what I am doing wrong but I am confident you would find out.

thanks in advance.

PS: if you need more info to help me let me know.
