PowerCMS 2.1.1 - Change editor toobar

I would like to change the tools on the editor toolbar in PowerCMS 2.1.1. Previous messages that I read seem to apply to different version.

It appears I have been able to remove the Form tools by editing "contents_update.php as shown below. However, tools that are not showing (that I would like to have) are "OrderList, UnorderedLIst, Style, FontFormat, and FontName". What's the proper way to add and remove these tools? I may also want to change the order of the tool groups.

I have attached a screen capture of the editor in with the installed configuration.
