Update page redirect to a non existing directory in live server

I have the following test pages: test_cars_Results.php and test_cars_Update.php. I have tested both pages on my local server and they work fine but after I clicking on the update button I get a 404 error in my linux 1and1 server. In the address bar I get the following:

test_cars_Detail.php?rec_ID=1

when it should be only test_cars_Detail.php?rec_ID=1

Can you please tell me what is causing the browser to be directed to a directory that does not exist.

The 1and1 server is running php5 with the help of my htaccess file which contains AddType x-mapp-php5 .php.

Here is the link: test_cars_Results.php
