Central Solutions Library?
Is there a reason we can't have a central place to find solutions to what seems to be common problems us users are experiencing?
It's very frustrating to have to dig and search through these forums to find something or anything that might be related to issues we're dealing with. Sometimes it's right there, but mostly it's buried down some discussion thread with Jason or Ray.
Example: I was having problems testing PayPal Express in the Sandbox. Failure after failure with my client looking over my shoulder asking why? I reset and redid all of my PayPal Sandbox settings according to the WebAssist instructions (several times), failing and failing again with no clue as to why. I search and search the forums here and find similar problems but no specific answers on how it was fixed or if it was fixed. And then finally, almost by accident, I find a snippet of conversation about the problem being a SHIPPING SETTING, which I go and check and suddenly the Sandbox transaction goes through! Huzzah!
But how would anyone know that is where they had to go to fix the problem? And what do they do now to continue to have success in setting up the most important parts of their PowerStore?
From reading the forums for PowerStore it's obvious there have been several users encountering the exact or similar issues and yet the instructions online don't give any hint as to what to do or how to fix problems that users might encounter through the process of setting up and using the Sandbox testing feature.
So how about it WebAssist? How about giving us a little help here? I'm thinking this would be a simple thing to do and would cut down on your email support backlog in a big way too!
