A curious behaviour with the gallery section of PS4

Hi,

I might be wrong or doing a wrong handling with the gallery section of PS4, but it appears that the BROWSE button in the SINGLE IMAGE UPLOAD tab of the ADD IMAGES tab doesn't react when clicking on it. There is just a jump to the top within the page-

Normally when clicking on the BROWSE button I expect the opening a folder to select an image to upload to the site. The text field beside the BROWSE button is empty when opening the SINGLE IMAGE UPLOAD tab. Even if I enter the full path of a valid image to upload and click the BROWSE button, nothing happens except a jump to the top of the page. If I click the ADD IMAGE button, while the full path of a valid image is in the text field labeled "Image.", I get an error NO FILE WAS UPLOADED.

CONFUSING and FRUSTRATING !!!!

I wonder if this is this normal, because when opening the SERVER UPLOAD tab, that field contains the root path and when clicking on that BROWSE button the whole tree appears. And the upload of the images works fine.

When looking into the code I noticed that managegallery.php and addimage.php contain the same code for the SINGLE IMAGE UPLOAD tab.

I wonder if there is a bug or something else in the original PS4 gallery code files.

Many thanks for your inquiring and response

Best regards

Daniel

Issue fixed.

I was mistaken and corrected the "problem" by myself. The mouse pointer in the SINGLE IMAGE UPLOAD must remain in the I-like shape (text cursor) while clicking. So don't move the cursor around until it changes to a hand and then click (that will not work). That's due to input type used on that tab which is TEXT (Elementary, but when you become tired someone may easily oversee it !!!). - On the SERVER UPLOAD tab the pointer is a hand. I was mislead. Sorry for the inconveniences.

No response neede anymore.

Bye
