Next question

How come when I go in to edit the contact form it doesn't save the setting I put in such as TO: FROM: mail server port number? Every time I go back into the form to edit it none of the info I put in these fields shows up and I have to start over again... Isn't there a way to save that as a preset so the fields don't have to be filled in each time?
