Next question

Ok that finally worked. I'm getting the form built properly without errors and this time it has all the fields in it.

So I tested it in my browser and it appeared to work however I never received an email from myself. I have the form set up as "block" and send file in email. I've addressed it to myself from myself with the message "New Contact Information". Doesn't this mean that I should get a block message attachment in a mail message to myself with the contact information in it? If so, why am I not getting any email messages?

The other concern I have is all the associated files with the contact.php file I created. I don't see them in the folder with the web site. How do the associated files get sent to the server if I were to use an ftp client to upload the entire site and not sync it through dreamweaver?
