Cleared the cache file

I cleared the cache file and still getting the same errors. Again, I'll try to upload the screen shots of the errors Dreamweaver CS5 is throwing up as Form Builder tries to build the forms.

I couldn't zip the files into a single zip because the zip was too big to upload. This is not all the error messages, but they all show the same error. If you want me to upload the rest I can do it in another post. Please let me know how to resolve this. It appears that Form Builder is trying to use something in Dreamweaver that's no longer supported!
