WOW Not a good start at all

Ok...so wasn't completely happy with PowerStore 4 and decided to go for it. Bought the entire Suite of tools and I'm just starting out. First thing is to try to create a contact form. After having to ask where universal email was and finding out it's embedded in Form Builder I installed the entire suite of tools and start building a contact form. Watched the video, did exactly the same thing. Tried it 3 times and every time it starts doing the build I get nothing but ERRORS!~!

Starting to feel like maybe this is going to be returned for because I just seem to be having problems with things.

Have NO IDEA what the problem is...really just want it to work the way it's implied that it does. I've uploaded screen captures of the problems and error messages. The contact form once finished building has only a form outline with a header message and a comment block.

Take a look at the screen shots and let me know! I'm using CS5 or a Mac.
