Adding Universal Email but now showing in server behaviors panel

I have 5 different recordsets on my page, and alot of stuff going on. I can still add record sets and they show up, but when i add a universal email server behavior it does not show in the server behaviors panel. It looks like the code goes onto the page, and it even works, but i have no way of going back and editing anything without going into the code.

Also if i edit the body in DW, when it comes back it resets back to default and nothing is there.

How do i get it to show? Any code i can put in? I cant post file publicly..
