2 Shipping Options

Hi, I have my shop built and all is working fine but I am trying to figure out how to have 2 shipping options within ecart but completely stumped on how to implement this.I would like the 2 options to appear on the checkout page under the shipping address details.

Depending on what selection has been made (Option 1 or Option 2) this amount and description of selection (eg. Option 1 with a value of $8.50), would be passed onto the final total on the following confirnation page.

For the moment the 2 options would both be flat rate amounts.

I would be grateful if someone might be able to explain how to do this. Just to note I am still learning so any and all help would be great, many thanks.
