This is a bug that should be fixed in the next release of Form Builder. Mean while i have attached a file that should fix this issue.

Please replace your current shared.js file at this location:
Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/FormBuilder

with the attached file. Make sure to have Dreamweaver closed and delete the cache file before restarting.
