PowerCMS install - then move - then path problem
I initially installed PowerCMS as follows when setting up a website for a new client (example bogus URLs given below):
cms/
I went through all of the install stuff (worked fine), set up all of the editable regions, inserted all of the developer notes code (worked fine), and let the client try it out at the 'preview' url (example above).
Once the client was happy with what I had setup for them, I registered their domain name, and then changed the way they access the cms to the following example path (which is still pointing to the above path, I just changed the DNS settings:
cms/
Now there's a problem.
When the client goes to upload a PDF file or image, the resulting path that is created looks like this (which also affects the URL/link created, which causes a 404 not found error).
cms/
I have tried changing the $Config['FileTypesPath'] and the $Config['FileTypesAbsolutePath'] parameters (located in 'HTMLEditor > editor > filemanager > connectors > php > config.php') by adding an absolute path statement to each for the ['File'] and ['Image'] portions, but that doesn't seem to be fixing the problem.
No matter what I do, the upload process in the editor keeps inserting that 'client-website2' directory into the path, which is breaking the links.
Can I change the URL? Yes...but the client (and/or future non-techie clients) may not have the patience or understanding to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
