Multiple Packages for 1 Item

Hello Web Assist Guru's:

I really need some help. I have 3 Products, within each of these products are multiple packages that get shipped when the product is ordered.
Each package has a different dimension, different weight, and different amount of packages.
I'm using UPS and have my developer key and everything in place. I need to know how to setup my additional database scheme with in my products table and how to modify E-Cart to get the appropriate rate for the items. Your help is greatly appreciated.

To see what the product is and the amount of packages please visit the site. It might help you understand what I'm trying to acomplish

Thanks
Joey
