Missing Path for Form Builder 2

I've run into a problem locating the proper path to my custom JS files.

I have an insert and an update page located in a directory below the root on my webserver. Dreamweaver and the WA Form Builder 2 extension want to place my Html Editor in the standard webassist directory off the web root (which is fine).

/public_html/
+ /webassist/html_editor/custom/

/public_html/
+ /my_pages/

Both my INSERT and UPDATE pages have the following (2) calls to the html_editor files.

php:
<?php require_once("../webassist/html_editor/waricheditorphp.php"); ?>

<?php
// WebAssist iRite: Rich Text Editor for Dreamweaver
$WARichTextEditor_1 CreateRichTextEditor ("myfile""../webassist/html_editor/""98%""500px""Custom""custom/myfile1.js""");
?>

When I load either of these pages in a browser, I get the following dialog box error.

I've played with both of the paths in the $WARichTextEditor_1 line, with no success. Can you define what the requirements are so I can figure out how to locate my custom settings for the toolbar.
