Pre Sales Question - New Pages and Licensing

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing 1 or more licenses of Power CMS, but I have a couple quick questions.

1: With Site Sculpter, the ability for a user to add new pages is very limited. It creates new pages (or should I say views) based on a URL variable, and does not add the new page to a menu. Does Power CMS make this process easier. Will it auto add the new page to the menu, and does it actually create a new page and database entry, or does it also use URL variables?

2: Licensing. Unlike many others, I don't have a problem with you licensing for this product. The $100 cost along with volume discounts is quite reasonable. I do however have a question regarding activation.

A: Does Power CMS authenticate ONCE during an installation - or does it continually phone home like the extensions do? The latter worries me, as if your authentication system is down - my site(s) may also go down.

B: Is this tied to IP or Domain? Many sites I build can be accessed from a few domains (company.com, company.ca, company.net, etc....) so that would be a big issue. IP could also be an issue because of DNS Round Robin.

C: In any case, can the site be "de authorized" so it can be used on a new domain or IP?

Thanks in advance for your time.
