Moving Power Gallery from local to live server

I just finished building my site using the User Registration pack and Power Gallery. Everything has turned out great and I'm really excited with how everything works!

Basically I've built it on my local machine to make sure that I've got everything the way that I want it, and I'm going to be uploading it to the live server very shortly (I'm waiting on the hosting company to move our site from a Windows Server to Linux).

I noticed on all the pages that I've inserted Power Gallery PHP code on it has references to the local location of the files since I currently have the site on my computer. Such as: /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/Oak Wood/powergallery/galleries/ribbon_fullsize_lightbox/index.php

How is that going to work when I upload the site to the live server via FTP? Will I need to redo/reinstall Power Gallery on the live server, or is there a way to automatically update links in the code to the file location on the live server? Would it work if I just took off the /Applications/MAMP/htdocs from the file references?

Thanks
