I am trying to set up a store with grouped iteams

I am setting up a store for car parts:
Sample

category: MGA
Item 1: Starter
Item 2: Cross over Head
Item 3: Wire Wheel

My problem is the "Item 3: Wire Wheel" also fits a number of other (autos) categories.
How do I share the item or do I have to add it in as a new separate item.

I would like to share the item so when it comes to changing price it is only one item not multiple items.
