spryvalidationtextfield is not on the local disk

I have spend more than 48 hours trying to read all the forum looking for similar thread.

I am getting this message

spryvalidationtextfield is not on the local disk,

I have download only the extension and the preset zip files and nothing more, Am I missing something? I will feel bad returning this product, it has everything I need but I don't have much time.

some thread have this
FD_NewFromBlank_Default.css file:
form.NewFromBlank_Default li.formItem {
clear:both;
}
form.NewFromBlank_Default fieldset.NewFromBlank_Default {
clear:both;
}

form.NewFromBlank_Default li.formItem {
clear:none;
}
form.NewFromBlank_Default fieldset.NewFromBlank_Default {
clear:none;
}

where do they get those?
I have contact form solution pack, it came with a lot of folder I have to upload with the design, does this extension has the same.

combining both, this is what I got www.bebeafricanhairbraiding.com

I am very worried now, don't have much time to found out by myself.

Here is my point.

1. need to customise the form so that it does not overlap my sidebar or move down inside my footer.
2. I need to use my contact form solution pack to put this online for the customer in two days.
3. I am using liquid design with a % unit and when applied everything work fine, once inside dw everything overflow
please someone help me.
