Error in Data Assist Wizard

To whom may it concern,

I have a prolem starting the dataassist. I have deleted the cache file and restarted the Dreamweaver, but still getting the Java Script Error.

I am installing it for the organization, but we have strict policy and my computer is not connected to the outside internet.

Is there a way to validate Dataassist without being connected to the internet?
