Can't get preview to display on any user account other than "Administrator"

Can't get preview to display on any user account other than "Administrator"

Using the search, I looked around and found several other people with the same issue. The Preview window won't work for any of your products when I am in any of my normal user accounts, all of these have "Admin" privileges.

I am also clicking "run as administrator" when opening dreamweaver, but that doesn't seem to help and I still get the message directing me to click to show the preview in the browser. (No the preferences menu option is not checked)

When I enable the administrator account (Win 7 X64) and install the plugin, I have no problem whatsoever getting the preview window to show.

Is there anything else I can do to try to get this working other than having to use the program from the core "Administrator" account?

All of the other threads I could find related to the issue seem to have just died left unresolved.
