Differentiating confirmation emails to a customer and myself

Hi,

Thanks for your support, my online order site is finally working properly!
Now, I just realized that I might have to add another function tho.

At the moment, after a custmer sending an order successfully, a confirmation email is sent to the customer, and the same email is BBC-ed to myself. Since I need to be able to see all the info (such as mailing address) in full detail, customer info is fully shown in this confirmation email.

[[[ First question]]]
How much do you think personal info should or shouldn't be on the confirmation email?

I wonder if the current confirmation message of mine is not so secured-looking way to confirm customers. So I think I'd like to minimize customer's personal info. This means I need to differentiate confirmation email into two - one for me with full detail, the second to the customer with order detail, and minimum amount of personal info of customer.

[[[ Second question ]]]
Can I do this by adding some setting to UE wizard on confirmation.php page? If so how? Or does this require major operation?

I've searched forum and found a few threads with similar inquiry, but they were a bit old and I didn't fully understand.

Any help will be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Rika :-)
