Ok, so form page on siteA posts to a form page on siteB and you can see the value in the form on siteB? If so you would only need to add in a DataAssist Insert server behavior to the form page on siteB to insert the information into your db. You could also do this directly by having an insert server behavior that looks for the posted value, and does the insert automatically. To do that you would want to trigger the insert on the posted element. You can get the posted element available in your bindings by going to Bindings > Form Data and choosing the page that has the form on it from siteA.
