Digital File Pro Uploading Problem

I am trying to add an upload funtion to a php page. The file field needs to post files to an upload folder but for some reason it does not work.

I have done this many times before, but it no longer works and I am at a loss for why.

After browsing for a file and clicking upload, the page seems to refresh and do nothing. With out uploading the file. The thing is, I belive that when I installed the Universal Email software it all got messed up. For this reason i Uninstalled both and so far have only reinstalled Digital File Pro. however I have had to do this several times because the software is now giving me an error message seen below:
