.js script in site sculptor file taking too long to load

I went ahead and followed the instructions by renaming the config file, then uninstalling Site Scupltor extension, then reinstalling.

unfortunately I'm still get the same problem. If I can;t fix this I'm left with no other option that to cancel and get a refund.
