Error warnings on page with digital file upload in it

hello ...,

I have an update page and an insert page which I use to update news items... Recently i aplied digital file pro to these pages to handle uploading images with the items...

Before pressing anything on the pages to update or inster I receive the following lines.. The pages renders fine up to these lines... News gets inserted and updated with no errors, but no images are uploaded on insert or replaced and uploaded on edit...

Can someone tell me waht I am doing wrong here?
