Page collapse and breaks insert to db

I go through the process of setting up form builder on an existing form (created with security assist), clicking ok and the form is built, but all I can see either in DW or a browser is about a 1cm square of the top left of what has been produced. It sits inside a div which is the main content area created by Eric Meyers CSS sculptor.

The only way I could get it to work was to remove ALL divs created by FB and place each form element into a table cell. Once I had done this, the whole form became visible. Once visible, I was able to test the form, but what was working and entering content into my DB before, no longer does!

All visual markers of spry validation is working on each of the form elements, but, the validation isn't actually working, and I am able to click submit and send an incorrect form off (even though it doesn't enter into the DB)! Isn't the validation meant to disable the submit button if form elements are invalid?

So, what's going on then? I spent hours trying to get to grips with this just to end up using my old method created by yaromat because it works straight away and I lost all patients trying time and again to get it to work. It's a shame because I actually think it is a fabulous product, but for a third separate occasion I have struggled with this!

Any amends I made to the captcha (colours etc) didn't take either!
