Virtual Tour/Panorama Software

Looking for advice on who is the big player in this area. Who is dominante? I need to add a panorama viewer and give virtual tours to a website. I've been looking over all the players but when I finally picked one that looked good, mostly because they support the camera I have, it turns out to be an Austrailian Company. Not that that's bad but it's hard to get support. As an example, I have questions about the product and it would be an international call to ask live questions.

Then it occured to me they may just be a bit player. Anyone have experience with this? Is this market dominated by a couple of players and who are they. I'm partial to using a "flash" solution just because I know it will play well with the rest of my tools. HELP! LOL.
