Getting deperate about this problem

Hallo Jason,

I closed Dreamweaver
Deleted the cache file
Rebooted the machine
After rebooting, i checked for the cache file, and there is no new cache file.
So i can not delete it a second time...

The issue continues to exist, and i can no longer use Security Assist. The same applies for universal email (see my separate post on this issue). This blocks me in my development work :-(

I tried reaching you by phone but could only reach your colleague named Laura.
Because of the time difference the is only a limited time frame in which we can actually get in touch.

Could you please open a private ticket so that I can communicate my contact details?
If you could give me a short call, i'm sure we can find a solution. If needed you could take over control of my machine via a remote support software.

Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Peter
