wrong redirect after successful Admin login

I am able to log in successfully with the admin user name and password for the admin section of the User Reg Solution Pack. After entering the admin user name and password I get to the users_LogIn.php page where is says You are logged in. You may proceed to user administration.

Here is where the problem starts, when I click on You may proceed to user administration, I am taken to the users_LogIn.php?accesscheck=%2FUserReg%2FAdmin%2Findex.php%3F page.

Because of this I can not access the admin back end of the User Reg Solution Pack. I should be directed to the Admin/index.php, but I am not.

Under the Sever Behaviors tab there is a SecurityAssist Restrict Access to Page (Administrator, ../users_LogIn.php) When I click on that behavior, the "Page Access" behavior panel comes up.

Grant Access if: Administrator, then I click on "Rules Manager" and the "Access Rules Manager" panel comes up. I highlight Administrator then click on the edit button, the conditions are:
Allow if
Value is: <?php echo $_SESSION['AdminLogin']; ?>
Criteria is: =
Compare to is: <?php echo $GLOBALS['WAGLOBAL_Admin_Password']; ?>

Something here must be wrong, and for the life of me I can not seem to figure it out. I would appreciate any and all help so I can get to the admin back end of the User Reg Solution Pack.

I would bet this is something very easy and simple, but after looking at this for so long, my mind is blank.

Thank you

Larry
