Update Record UE file field resize

hi I upgraded to Universal Email from Digital File Upload and have created a data assist insert, update page set.

I then added a file upload field to the insert, and update pages.

Everyhting is working as expected with the exception of the image resize options on the update page 'upload files server behavior' when I click to step two the resize options are not selectable. I have manually entered the resize options but they do not take effect.

Resize options work ok on the insert page, but an not be altered through the wizzard or manually on the update page, And the update page does in fact upload the image and adjust the database entry accordingly.
