PHP not working properly with column on cart

I am not sure where to post this, since my previous post apparently is lost in a thread that went from one topic to another, and therefore is not getting looked at perhaps.

I have my site set up, and all the php code validates, the html validates, etc. I created a static cart, and added a column for two items I'm selling that allow a person to specify which country or city they want printed on their t-shirt. This is selectable from a list. I followed the same procedure to set this custom Location column up as I did when setting up the Size column. However, something's not working. When someone selects a size, it shows up perfectly in the cart, but the location they choose doesn't display.

If I have to pay for upgraded support, no problem. All pertinent php code, etc. is attached. Ps. Since I took the screen capture, I changed the ID to an integer (it no longer is ilsat073, but just 073.
