Universal Email compatibility info

I plan to buy Universal Email extension but there are some unclear instructions would be more

+ Extension has not run on DW CS5? because the only record found in the System Requirements or Dreamweaver CS3 Dreamweaver CS4

+ Extension of this is compatible with PHP 5.3 and PHP6 or not? as seen in the Application Server Model PHP 4.2 + only records
