Activation Doesn't Hold
Hello - I've always had the same problem in that WA extensions 'don't remember' that they have been activated on my laptop PC. They run fine when I'm connected to the internet, but when not connected I'm asked to enter the serial number every time and remain connected to the internet. Obviously, I would like ot be able to run WA extensions away from a net connection if possible.

I've just done a complete reinstall of the OS XP Pro. The problem persists.
I noticed someone else having the same problem in another thread.
Is this an issue that can be fixed?
