How long is the product name? I've tested a product with a very long product name and it is showing up without any issue. It could be that you are creating a long name with no spaces in it, so it wouldn't rollover to the second line. What is the product name you are trying to use? Is there a way to use a shorter name and in the description add the rest of the information you want to add in the name?
