Will Power Store 3 ecart work with Paypal Website Payments Standard

Will Power Store 3 ecart work with Paypal Website Payments Standard. I see it works with Paypal Website Payments Pro. I live and will operate this store in Canada. If it does work with Website Payments Standard does it take alot of changes to adapt it to Website Payments Standard when I run the setup wizard. Can I change to Paypal Website Payments Pro later on and is there alot of changes I have to make to do this?
