Validation issue with new form

I created a form and have added a show field in order for the person visiting must either register or if they are logged in it show their log in information instead, very similar to the checkout page on powerstore. I have looked at the code for powerstore checkout page to try and figure out what I am missing in order to not get the following error when logged in, I just can not figure what I am missing.

"Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element Registration_group_Confirm_Spry doesn't exists!"

Maybe I did not use form builder correctly and need to start over with some validation in order for an either or situation to exist. Your help is appreciated.
