New User Needs Basic Help

I'm using PowerCMS ver. 1 first time, really first time with integrating a CMS into an existing site. I need basic help on how to integrate the CMS with my existing site. I really find the documentation inadequate to help someone of my ignorance level on this type of effort (though I'm not stupid!). I have been working on a local testing server, so my globals file will still have reference to that. However, I went ahead and posting my draft site to a remote server. I sure would would appreciate help with how to weave the PowerCMS into my php/mysql site. How to get started doing it, what I'm missing in my files that's obvious to someone much more up on the procedures. I'm looking for some serious handholding or one of the WA tech support or someone else would be willing to exercise great patience and tell me how to step through integrating the CMS. The solution pack files is in a separate CMS folder. The url is conmolbry.com A great thanks for anyone who can take the time to step me through using this product with my existing site.
