Wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot...

Hi - I've got an insert record form created by DataAssist.

I've replaced the text field for the image file with a file field.

I've applied the DFP behaviour and chosen the file field from the Insert Form list.

I've gone to the Insert Record behaviour and for the file field chosen Server File Name from the bindings (it was under WA Upload Files (*.((isset($_FILES(...

When I submit the form nothing is uploaded to the upload directory (I've checked permissions in that directory). Also nothing is inserted into the file field in the db.

I went to the bindings tab and dragged the 'error message' binding to my page to see if that would give me more info but it does not. When the form is submitted it returns to the detail page for the new insert.

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.
