Power cms 1 and power cms 2

Can we still purchase Power CMS 1 as this is still a very useful app for many sites not requiring the full suite of functions offered by Power CMS 2 ?

I will be buying Power CMS 2 anyway for a site which needs it - but on some other sites I have a requirement which would be adequately covered by Power CMS1 and this would not then be cost prohibitive then for the small sites which I am referring to.

To pass on the cost of Power CMS 2 is not always a viable option on some smaller sites. I am currently working on a Charity website and they cannot afford to spend out on anything unneccessary - and whilst I appreciate Power CMS looks very good - they would be happy with the functionality of Power CMS 1.

I have bought nearly every extension you make - and have also now converted from ASP to PHP so I can continue to use your extensions and this is one ( Power CMS 1 ) is an app which must have missed out on. Please confirm in the circumstances you can help me out with the purchase of Power CMS 1.
