Integrating PowerCMS2 and MySQL Data Together?

Originally Said By: reneas.email303886
  Support:

I own PowerCMS2 , DataAssist, Security Assist, etc.

I developed a MySQL DB with 3 separate tables necessary for my client's data. We like simplicity of Power CMS2. I want to know if there is a way to integrate the two, as some of my fields/columns within my MySQL DB only allow for 250 characters and I therefore don't want my client or the client Admin to be able to type more than that within PowerCMS2. Basically we want the ease of Power CMS2, but want to restrict certain edit capabilities of text fields, etc. Is this possible. If so can you please provide a how to or documentation link. Thanks!

Please let me know asap.

Best,
Renea

Support - Can someone please respond asap to my question. Client is looking for finished application by Wednesday and I really need to wrap up this project. Again can I use PowerCMS2 and Data from a MySQL database together where the client can edit the data using the FCKeditor in PowerCMS? If so please provide straight forward documentation on this. Thank you.

Best,
Renea
