eCart

I hope I am not trying to do the impossible.
Can you help me with this one.
Wish 1:
I have a large number of images that can be selected and bought individually.
I want to Use a repeating table with "Checkboxes"
I want to allow user to select multiple items prior to clicking the "add to Cart Button"
I would like to have all the thumbnails appear on the shopping cart (small thumbs approx 50pix)
I would like the cart to add each item individually showing ItemID etc for each selection.
Where do I begin so that the "Checkbox form fields" show up in the "add to Cart" and "confirm" page?

The eCart need to reflect the choices, the Display Manager and the final checkout confirm pages need to also carry the details.

Each Item is a separate item. Price = quantity x unit price eg 9 images @ $15.00 =$135.00

Wish2:
Next Another page perhaps.
Another option:
Each of these items selected can be combined to make one large image.
ie 9 item 6x6" can be combined to make 1 image 18" sq
I will sell 1 item 18" sq with the 9 selected images. Price Unit price for 18" sq making up 9 separate images.
Here Price for 18"sq may be $65.00 but use the combined 9 images to reproduce the final.

Wish 3:
The final on the wish list is to allow the user to arrange the images in the order they would like.
Can this be done?

How do I set up the cart, the data base table so that the display manager "understands"

Can you point me in the right direction, where and how to start.

Thank you
David
