Installing Site Assist 3.2.3

Hello, i am trying to install site assist 3.2.3, but when i want to build a site with it my DW CS4 crashes. I uninstalled SA 3.2.3, and installed SA322, but the same happens again. I looked on the formu, and found an tech bulleting which told me to remove WinCache file, but i could not find that in the right directory. I earlier used SA 3.x.x. and that worked fine.

Please help?

I am using Windows XP V2 all updates installed, DW CS4 registered version
