Calculating UPS shipping on the shopping cart page

I am not sure if eCart can be programed to do this, but I have seen a few websites where the shipping calculations are done right on the shopping cart page itself. My website calculates the UPS shipping the confirm.php page. This annoys a few of my customers and creates hassles for myself since I cannot quickly calculate the UPS shipping charge without starting the relatively tedious checkout process. What I would like is to simply have a zip code entry field right on the shopping cart page, kind of like the way that www.utrechtart.com does it.

This might not be possible with my current skill set but I am willing to pay someone to implement this on my www.buyplantlights.com website.

I hope someone will have some good news for me.

Thank you,
Robert Crespo
