Javascript errors after installing Universal Email

I had several Webassist products installed and working fine on Dreamweaver CS4 (CSS Menu Writer, Site Import and CSS Sculptor). I installed Universal Email 3.07 and
got the following error when using for the first time:

--------
While executing onLoad in WA Universal Email Ser.htm the following Javascript error(s)
occurred:

At line 219 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe Dreamweaver
CS4\Configuration\Shared\Webassist\UniversalEmail\Library\Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js:
document.formLayer.document has no properties
--------

Following the advice in your Forums, I deleted WinFileCache-xxxxx.dat. Still got the error.

Then I unistalled ALL the DW CS4 extensions, reinstalled just Universal Email, deleted WinFileCache. Still got the error.

Then I renamed my user configuration file for Dreamweaver, uninstalled all the extensions, reinstalled Universal Email, deleted WinFileCache. Still got the error.

I've repeated all the same steps for Menu Writer to see if I could reinstall that, and I get a similar error, but in file ...\CSSMenuWriter\Library\Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js.

So now, NONE of my webassist extensions are working.

Any other suggestions?
